Biggest Loser Recipe for Chocolate Raspberry Dreamers
The ideal with all Biggest Loser Recipes is to reduce the calories, but yet have tons of flavor. This recipe has no sugar and no fat.

1 cup all-natural fat-free cottage cheese
3 tablespoons 100% fruit raspberry spread
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 cups fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons natural 70% cocoa mini dark chocolate chunks
Place the yogurt or cottage cheese in the blender along with the fruit spread and the cocoa. Blend on high speed until smooth. Scrape down the blender to make sure everything is evenly mixed. Place the cocoa mixture in a glass bowl and seal. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Divide the raspberries evenly among 4 desert glasses. Spoon the cocoa mixture over the raspberries and then top with 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chunks.
Each serving has 179 calories.
