Powerful Smoothie
- 1 cup blackberries (substitute any berry you please - frozen)
- 1 cup of pomegranate (frozen)
- 2 bananas (frozen)
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed apple juice (OK, if you want to cheat, check at your grocer for a sugar free, natural version)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black cumin seeds
Directions:
Why it is just so simple. Just put everything in a blender and blend on high speed. Walah, you have a super duper powerful smoothie.
