Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach leaves, frozen may be used
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried olive leaf (optional)
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups ice cold water
- Put the water, spinach and ground flax in a large blender and blend on high speed for one minute. Add in the avocado and frozen banana chunks and again blend on high.
- This will make enough for two people or one very hungry person.
